How To Track a Cell Phone - GPS Tracking

Click here to find a Date! Single Men & Ladies for Love &  Marriage  Call/Sms/Whatsapp 0722244271 or 0733222008. We also have Gay, Lesb & Mpango wa kando
We can now use GPS tracking and various software programs, you can even find the location of a cell phone now.
Before 2008, most apps were offered directly from carriers
and consisted of things like wallpaper and ring tones, but now that many cell phones have GPS there are lots of ways to use your location to enhance your experience. From using phones to software, it is now easier than ever to track a cell phone.
Most cell phones now come enabled with GPS, making it very simple to locate them. You can try to track it for free, or you can go with several paid plans. Being able to do this is good news if you're trying to track someone else's phone or need someone to find you by tracking your phone. This can even come in handy for government agencies trying to nab criminals. But it can be bad news for those who put a premium on privacy because if you can track your cell phone, others can track it as well.
"If you are tempted to use cell phone tracking technology, you should ask yourself some important questions," says Rebecca Jeschke of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), a civil liberties group created in 1990 to interpret and apply laws relating to consumer use of digital technology. "One question [to ask yourself] is how long this data is retained. You're not the only person who will see it—it's created for you, but there are many opportunities for other people [such as the company that creates it and legal authorities] to see it."
If you’re trying to track a phone that is lost or stolen, knowing that others may be able to view the data is a risk you’re probably willing to take—you may not have a choice. However, if you do decide you want to track a cell phone that belongs to someone else, it's best to be up-front with the person. This is a particular interest for parents, since 20 percent of American kids now have cell phones, a number that's nearly doubled in the last few years alone. Talk with them about how you plan to use this so that they aren’t surprised when they find out someone has been tracking their cell phone. Once you’re ready to get started, you’ll find a range of free and low-cost tracking options available, as well as specific plans offered by cell phone carriers. Use these tips to track a phone.
  1. Buy a phone equipped with a GPS tracker. Buying a mobile phone with GPS tracking is probably the simplest option. This is easy, since most companies began incorporating GPS tracking technology after 2005 to comply with requirements of the Federal Communications Commission. This shift to using GPS, inspired in part by the events of September 11, 2001, was intended to help responders locate people accurately in an emergency. Today, about 80 percent of phones on the market have GPS tracking capabilities. (Some carriers and manufacturers rely on cell networks to instead of using GPS. With this method, they can use signals from the nearest cell towers to track cell phone location.) Just because your phone has GPS doesn't mean you can track it; carriers are not keen on freely sharing location information from cell phones with any old individual. But if you have GPS tracking on a cell phone, you're one step closer to successfully tracking it.
  2. Check with your service provider. Specific GPS plans exist, primarily intended for parents and employers, that can help you easily track a cell phone location from your own wireless phone or PC. If you aren’t able to do it with your mobile, you can also go online. These programs are Sprint/Nextel's Mobile Locator, Verizon's Family Locator and AT&T's Family Map. These services generally cost about $10-$15 per month, nothing to sneeze at when it's added to all the other costs of a plan. Using a program like this can provide peace of mind in the form of interactive, real-time location maps on your phone or online. If you use these plans, you can get arrival and departure updates by text or e-mail. You can also use maps with landmarks chosen by you and printable turn-by-turn directions to your family member's location. Many of these programs allow you to track someone’s cell phone with PC-to-phone messaging. This method is one of the most in depth ways to track phones.
  3. Buy and install software. If you don't want to cough up more money to your carrier for these services, or your carrier doesn't offer them or GPS, there are plenty of other ways (such as tracking software) to track a cell phone from your wireless device or online—and there are more methods cropping up every day. Keep in mind that this is usually not a free method. In most cases, using software requires the consent and participation of the phone owner (a good practice in general). These downloadable software programs and apps let you track a cell phone from your own phone, PDA or PC. You can download the software to your computer or phone. Most of these use some type of GPS tracking to locate the phone. Examples of these software programs include AccuTracking, GPSed Monitoring Service and MapQuest Find Me. Costs for these software programs generally range from $6-$18 a month, so it’s relatively inexpensive. Make sure you research the various brands before you purchase a product to make sure it’s compatible with your device.
  4. Use a free mapping program. Lots of free cell phone tracking services have been created that allow you to find friends and family—with their cooperation. One of the best known mapping programs is Google Latitude, which uses tower signals and other data to track the location to the phone or computer of approved contacts, even from a mobile phone that does not have GPS tracking. Other similar map-based locator apps (most of which rely on GPS) include Mologogo, Buddyway and Instamapper. These programs may be limited to certain types of phones or networks, so you'll have to experiment to see which ones are the best. But if you’re looking for a free option, this is one of your best bets.
  5. Use the IMEI number. If you need to trace a cell phone that's been misplaced or stolen, instead of using GPS or a software tracking program, you may be able to use the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) number, a 16-digit code that is unique to your phone. To find the IMEI, dial *#06#, then record the number in a safe place so that you can track it later. This is another free option. Your carrier can help with this, too. If your phone is stolen, you should be able to call your carrier and have them track it and then disable it by using this information.
Before you start tracking a cell phone with GPS or a software program, you should consider the consequences. Whether you learn how to do this on your, or someone else’s phone, by accessing your phone’s location, you’re allowing others to access your phone’s whereabouts, too. You should therefore practice caution when using any type of tracker. Here’s what to look out for when tracking a phone.
  1. Be aware of the risks. As Jeschke of EFF points out, location data does not disappear when you're done with it. In fact, she says, the information can even be subpoenaed and used in divorce or custody hearings. She adds that it's not hard to imagine that services like GPS and other tracking software programs could be misused. For example, an abusive spouse may try to find out what domestic violence shelter his partner is in by tracking her phone. To protect against unwanted invasions of privacy, Jeschke advises turning off the location services on your phone unless you absolutely need them. That way you won’t be able to track the mobile phone using GPS. Storey of CTIA adds that reputable tracker apps should disclose their privacy policy and give you the option to opt in to a location-based service—and the option to opt out, even long after you've made the initial installation of the app. So even if you’re able to access tracking for free, you should remember that it’s not just you who’s able to utilize this function.
  2. Learn more about cell phone privacy. When it comes to cell phones, our eagerness to use new GPS and location-based apps (to track a phone or just find the nearest restaurant) might mean we are sacrificing important rights. To find out more about the risks and solutions of this era, and issues surrounding cell phone tracking, read the Electronic Frontier Foundation's "On Locational Privacy and How to Avoid Losing It Forever". And check out CTIA's Be Smart website, which has tips for parents and educators on helping kids use phones responsibly and safely. It’s important for kids to understand the strings attached to having GPS on a cell phone.

Medicinal benefits of quail eggs, meat & products Kenya

Cooked or raw, quail eggs bring many benefits for the body – have a nutritional value four times higher than regular eggs and doctors recommend quail eggs in treating various diseases or for general health maintenance.

Quail eggs have no contraindications, so anytime, a cure with quail eggs is beneficial. Unlike chicken egg, the quail egg contains five times more phosphorus, 7.5 times more iron, 15 times more vitamin B2 and six times more vitamin B1. Furthermore, quail eggs also contain calcium, zinc, sulfur and potassium.
Cancer Prevention and Recovery
Modern food production and preservation methods raise the amount of substances and elements that are toxic to the human body (free radicals). Most of these elements promote the growth of naturally occurring cancerous cells in the body, uncontrolled growth of these cells result in cancer.
Quail eggs are rich in vitamin A and Selenium therefore helps in detoxification of the body by removing the free radicals ingested from other food sources. Due to this, quail eggs are also very alkaline hence are not only useful in prevention of cancer but also useful to patients undergoing cancer treatment since they provide an environment unsuitable for cancer growth.
Quail eggs offer a natural and readily available alternative for cancer patients who have undergone chemotherapy, they are also a healthy vitamin rich solution for those who have undergone surgery to remove the cancer. Moreover, they will help strengthen your immune system while repairing damaged tissues following cancer treatments.
Anaemia
Anaemia is caused by a deficiency of iron in the body, its symptoms can be minor or major depending  on how much iron is lacking in the body. The human body requires a lot of iron therefore it is advisable to consume foods rich in this.
Quail eggs are a good source of iron, vitamin A and B12 hence are a natural way to prevent anaemia and help people recovering from it. Including enough quail eggs in the day to day diet will prevent anaemia and can be an alternative to iron shots or pills for those suffering from anaemia.
Ease Digestive Tract Disorders
Quail eggs are rich in antioxidants, magnesium, vitamin B6, potassium and have high alkaline content therefore can be used as a remedy to gastritis and ulcers among other things.
Quail eggs are very useful for people with gastritis, stomach and duodenal ulcers since they are readily available and reduce stomach acid levels with their high alkaline content and antioxidant properties. A few eggs included in the daily diet can replace expensive pills and provide lasting relief from ulcers and acidic discomforts.
Their richness in Selenium and vitamin A qualify quail eggs as natural antioxidants; which are now endorsed through clinical studies for treatment of peptic ulcers and gastritis since they are both caused by oxidative stress and free radical overload in the digestive tract.
Ease Eczema Symptoms
Eczema  is term for a group of medical conditions that cause the skin to become inflamed or irritated. The most common type of eczema is known as atopic dermatitis, or atopic eczema. Atopic refers to a group of diseases with an often inherited tendency to develop other allergic conditions, such as asthma and hay fever.
Eczema affects about 10% to 20% of infants and about 3% of adults and children in the U.S. Most infants who develop the condition outgrow it by their tenth birthday, while some people continue to experience symptoms on and off throughout life. With proper treatment, the disease can be controlled in the majority of sufferers.
Research has identified enriched sources of Vitamin A as perhaps the most vital nutrient deficiency to replenish. In particular, products rich in Vitamin A retinol have been found to heal damaged epithelial tissue associated with eczema. Quail eggs are not only rich in Vitamin A, they are among the only sources of retinol that does not compromise your cholesterol levels.
Heal Skin Damage from Allergies
Quail eggs are rich in the essential fatty acids required to maintain skin cell moisture that hydrates the skin and helps in healing skin damage from excessive dryness, peeling and cracking. They are also rich in vitamin B2 that helps in repairing damaged tissue without the excessive cholesterol levels in other sources of vitamin B2
The high alkaline content of quail eggs makes them ideal for detoxification of the body from residual acids therefore minimizing inflammation and itchiness resulting from skin rash, eczema and psoriasis. Reduction of the itchiness assists in the healing process of damaged skin.
Research also shows that consuming food rich in vitamin B12 (like quail eggs) inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines that are the primary cause of skin allergies. Consumption of quail eggs in such cases would be an advisable alternative to anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. corticosteroid hormones, immune-suppressants and anti-itch antihistamines) could lead to skin thinning, diminished immune system and liver damage.
Kidney and Gall Stones Removal
High amounts of Vitamin C or other source of oxalates combine with calcium and reduce its ability to be absorbed. This is turn, creates calcium stone deposits. This causes pains around the kidney area; one of the signs of kidney stones.
Quail eggs provide essential nutrients and less oxalates to eliminate kidney and gall stones. They are rich in magnesium, vitamin B6 and potassium therefore making them a perfect remedy for kidney and gall stones elimination.
The Potassium reduces the excessive urinary calcium excretion that often leads to kidney stones.
The high amounts of Vitamin B6 and magnesium, coupled with low amounts of Vitamin C, inhibit oxalate stone formation. Quail eggs are low oxalate and the calcium in them is easily absorbed.
Rashes
Another common affliction addressed by quail eggs are allergic skin conditions. Research shows that most who have survived these harsh symptoms of skin itch, dryness, discolorations and even cracking engage in a multitude of treatments. Some good news is that nutrients found in the quail egg contribute greatly to the maintenance and prevention of skin allergies. Specifically, they aid in controlling allergic skin symptoms; healing skin damage from eczema and psoriasis; and minimizing the possibility of future allergic skin flair-ups.
Reduce Asthma Flair-Ups
Asthma prevalence has risen alarmingly over the recent years and so have methods of combatting it. Research now shows that a person suffering from asthma requires foods rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids as a natural remedy (anti-inflamatory) as opposed to modern medicine which has varied side effects for different people.
Quail egss are rich in vitamin A and Selenium making them an excellent antioxidant that can improve lung functions, their high Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids also help in reducing inflamation. This means quail eggs can be used as a natural way to ward off asthma attacks / flair-ups without the need to use inhailers and steroids.
Heart Disease
Heart disease is spreading widely and slowly becoming a leading cause of many human deaths across the world, eating healthy and exercising helps improve the heart and prevent related diseases.
Quail eggs are an excellent choice of food for people who wish to improve the condition of their heart. They are low in carbohydrates and bad cholesterol (Low-density lipoprotein; LDL), they also improve the blood lipids profile. They also help in reducing chances of heart disease since they are  rich in folic acid, vitamin B12, iron, phosphorous, protein, riboflavin and selenium.
Rhinitis and Hay Fever Relief
Allergic RhinitisA significant number of people suffer from Rhinitis and Hay Fever, and constantly have to deal with symptoms like sneezing, congestion and generalized fatigue among others.
Quail eggs offer a 100% natural remedy that inhibit the production of harmful elements lie histamines, IgE and free radicals hence reducing the mucus obstruction to airflow in the respiratory system.
They are rich in vitamin A, retonol and antioxidants that naturally suppress histamine and heal the mucus membrane while neutralizing free radicals.
Using quail eggs as an alternative remedy to Rhinitis and hay fever eliminates the need to use anti allergens and steroids (and their side effects). With regular intake of quail eggs, one can enjoy the outdoors without the fear of sinus attack and enjoy relief from allergy symoms without drowsiness that drugs normally introduce.
Non medicinal benefits of quail products
Increased Libido
Quite unfortunately, as men age they naturally loose their sexual urge and desire, this is linked primarily to the prostate gland. Many result in using commercially available stimulants whose effect is not only short lived, but have adverse effects in the long run.
Quail eggs offer a natural way to get back the sexual desire (and prolong it for those who haven’t lost it yet). They improve blood circulation and strengthen the heart muscles therefore increasing stamina, they also contain high levels of proteins, phosphorus, vitamin B, D and E that stimulate and nourish the prostrate gland to increase a man’ sexual health.
Quail eggs can be taken any time of the day without having to worry about some window of opportunity, including a couple of them in the daily diet will not only increase sexual potency but fill you up with a lot of protein, low fat and low carbs unlike other aphrodisiacs.
Body Fitness
Quail eggs can provide the proteins your body needs to nourish muscles for day to day activities or even for a workout to keep fit. They are low in carbohydrates, fats and sugars hence are an ideal low carb diet that will help a person willing to cut down of the carbs and possibly loose weight in the process.
Long Healthy Life
Quail eggs are able to counter aging effects by strengthening the immune system, this in turn keeps your body internal organs healthier thereby increasing your lifespan. They are also rich in antioxidants that help in removing toxins from the body, the antioxidants protect the brain and nervous system from oxidation that occurs with age, which would normally result in memory loss as you age.
Brain Development
Every parents wants their kids to be smart, some use expensive supplements rich in vitamin B2, D, omega-3 and fatty acids. 70% of a featus brain is composed of omega-3 fats that greatly affect a child’s sleep patterns, behavior and IQ (Intelligence Quotient)
Quail eggs provide choline needed for fetal brain function, development and protection of neural cells in the brain and proteins that help nerve development and blood vessel growth. Choline also helps in producing acetyl-choline (a neurotransmitter) needed to improve brain development in children. Quail eggs are also rich in omega-3 and omega-6 and its fat content improves absorption of vitamins and minerals.
Boost Immune System
The human body’s natural immune system has been eroded by constant contact with harmful substances in the environment and others present in the food we ingest. This has made human beings susceptible to infections and diseases that our bodies that our bodies would otherwise naturally fight. There’s is hope for restoration and strengthening the body’s natural immune system, and it comes in the form of an egg; a quail egg.
Quail eggs help in the formation of ovomucoid; a protein that helps in reduction of free-floating IgE and helps fight most allergies. This protein is so effective that it is used in some anti-allergy drugs, quail eggs just provide it naturally without the side effects that come with drugs.
Quail eggs are also rich in selenium and riboflavin that help the body to produce antibodies, they are also themselves resistant to diseases due to high lysozome content that kills bacteria found in other eggs therefore eating them raw does not pose risks that other eggs do.
Healthier Stronger Hair
Human hair is vulnerable to damage from pollution even from when one is young, chemicals in swimming pools and hair products particularly damage hair and cause breakage. Resulting to chemicals to treat this is temporary solution that has to be repeated ever so often, and can irritate the scalp in the process.
Quail eggs on the other hand are a natural solution to the health and strength of hair, they contain vitamins A, B and E therefore constant ingestion will give one strong, healthy and shiny hair. Consuming quail eggs nourish the hair with the nutrients it needs to improve the condition of human hair, they work from inside-out therefore their effects are more permanent, natural and long lasting.
Regular consumption of these eggs will eventually save a lady a large sum of money that she would have otherwise spent at the salon.
Appetizer
Chefs are normally tasked with preparing meals and appetizers that stand out and really stimulate our taste buds, both visually and with taste. Appetizers are also normally meant to be easy for the us to consume and leave us yearning for more. Quail eggs are ideal appetizers, are relatively easier to prepare and have a considerably longer shelf life than other gourmet hors d’oeuvre ingredients.
Healthy, Young Looking and Glowing Skin
There are many people out there, children and adults alike,  who would like to improve the appearance of their skin, most of them spend alot on creams and dermatology to overcome some conditions that they could be ailing from, e.g. acne, rashes and eczema. We all wish to have the effects of aging hidden away from our skin without having to use all the chemicals at our disposal for that.
Quail eggs provide a natural alternative for improving one’s skin and have a long lasting effect. They contain antioxidants that remove toxins and heavy metals from skin cells, and have riboflavin and vitamin B2 that helps in nourishing the skin and improving its appearance, tone and complexion while reducing wrinkles.
They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids that assist skin cells in retaining moisture resulting in younger looking skin. Vitamin B in the eggs also helps the skin to retain moisture and improves skin smoothness by aiding in releasing energy from food for skin metabolism. The antioxidants (selenium and vitamin E) protect the skin cells from damage by free radicals. Regular consumption of quail eggs improves the skin pigment with its high iron content.
Quail eggs are so effective in improving the skin conditions that they are used in making of egg yolk facial care masks. You can also apply quail eggs directly on the skin to improve skin appearance.

Lesbianism in Kenyan Schools & Colleges

She is quick to add that they each discovered lesbianism separately while in different schools and did not necessarily influence each other. “I was in about Form Two when I knew that I was lesbian.”
        Also see Understanding lesbianism.
She tried dating men but failed. “While at Kenyatta University where I went, I dated a guy for a while. It was my best friend and he was convinced I could turn straight. We eventually ended it but remained friends.”
The girls are in agreement that both their parents, although aware of their daughters’ sexual orientation, are not dour about it and seldom discuss the topic.
“When we were younger and living at home my mum found my sister reading a book called Lesbian Love Stories,” Anne says and they both break out laughing at the memory. “She took it away and never gave it back,” Tanya adds between spasms of laughter.   “At some point you have to take your friends home and most of our friends, especially the butches and studs, are not hard to figure out,” Anne says Tanya interjects with “My graduation party last year was especially confusing for our parents.

It was full of men dressed like women and women dressed like men,” and everyone breaks into laughter again. Their mother, they say, has always been inquisitive and often talks about it, but not directly. “Our dad, on the other hand, either talks around it or doesn’t talk about it at all.”
But not everyone is accommodative of lesbians. Recently, She and a female friend were arrested by Nairobi city council officers as they came from a party. “My friend is a butch and she was holding my hand.
The city council guys pounced on us and one of them kept saying that he knows what kind of people we were and the kind of things we do. He kept going on about us breaking the laws of nature. We were only able to get out because I pulled some strings.”

While there are a few clubs in Nairobi city that allow homosexuals, the girls agree that gays and lesbians have trouble getting into some establishments. Therefore, the gay and lesbian community usually organise their own events where they can carouse, mingle, and be themselves.
“There are several events that are organised for gays and lesbians like ‘barcode’ and ‘rainbow explosion’. There is even one coming this Valentine’s Day called ‘howlers hook-up party’,” she says.
These parties are advertised mostly through social media like Facebook and Twitter. They say the locations are kept secret until only a day or two before the party. This was after one event was cancelled for security reasons when the organisers received threatening messages.

The twins agree with the contention that lesbians and gays tend to be more promiscuous than their straight counterparts. “It’s because most lesbians are not in relationships. Society does not allow it. Relationships are ideally meant to lead to marriage and since gay marriage is almost impossible in Kenya, most lesbians see no point in them. They just have their fun and move on to reluctantly marry men, as expected.”

She is certain that more women have tried out lesbianism than society cares to admit. “Most girls have tried out another girl at least once. When I was single and would hit on girls in a club, most of them would feel very flattered that they were approached by another girl,” she says

On why they prefer women, ladies say it is about compatibility. “Believe it or not, it is less complicated. It’s easier to open up to a girl. I get everything out of my relationship. There are things that you can’t do or talk about with a man but with a girl you can. Sometimes we have heightened drama because of all the hormones,” she laughs, “but despite this the relationships are awesome.”

According to an article in the Saturday Magazine, many young ladies prefer sex with other girls than with men because, according to them, “Girls pay more attention because they know and understand what another girl needs.
        Men don’t."
Lesbianism has been slowly taking root among young women in Kenya’s urban centres. Fuelled by television, worldliness, and sheer curiosity, many women in their late teens and twenties turn to other females for companionship and sexual gratification.

Many young university students are what is referred to in lesbian circles as a lesbian until graduation. “I wasn’t really a lesbian, I was bi-curious” says a lady “I was introduced to lesbianism by my roommate when I first joined university. I had a boyfriend at the time but I was curious and decide to try it out, and I ended up liking it.”

When she was 25 and about to graduate with a degree in psychology, the lady went back to men after dating two women. Her reason is that lesbian circles are small and there is a lot of sharing and promiscuity. “Almost everyone knows everyone else and people interchange relationships.”

She adds that she also quit because she was tired of hiding. “None of my family could find out. Society is not very forgiving. I couldn’t show affection to my girlfriend in public and I always felt as if we were doing something wrong,” she says.
She insists that her switching back was not because of sexual matters as she still prefers girls. “The only reason I quit is because lesbianism doesn’t have the security of marrying, having children, and settling down with the person you love like in a heterosexual relationship,” she concludes.

Not all girls see lesbianism as just a college adventure or something you could easily switch on and off. At 25, she has always been a lesbian. “I have nothing against men. They just don’t attract me sexually. I want to marry a woman and have children with her. If that cannot happen, I will marry a gay man for show and we will both continue living our respective lives.”
For as long as she can remember, she has liked girls. “Growing up, and as a teenager, my friends would notice boys and talk about how cute they were. All I noticed was girls. A nice hairstyle here or a nice dress there.’’

She discovered her orientation while in a girl’s boarding school. “I had my first encounter with a friend in high school. My friends said that it’s a phase that would pass. Some said I needed help, so I tried a guy when I was about 18. It was a friend whom I cared for deeply. I hated it and the relationship ended.”

As the lady says, there are many types of lesbians depending on sexual preference, dressing, behaviour, and age. “Femmes” or “lipsticks” are girly girls who dress up in pretty dresses, wear make-up, and ooze feminism. “Studs” or “chapsticks” are lesbians who, while they take care of themselves and act girly, wear men’s clothes. A girl who might switch between a femme and stud is referred to in the lesbian circles as a “stem”.

A “butch”, on the other hand, is an all masculine lesbian who dresses in baggy clothes and acts like a man while a “footchie” is an older, often married woman who still partakes of lesbian activities. A “gold star” is a lesbian who has never been with a man while the term “hasbian” refers to women who were once lesbian but now express interest in men.
After the quick titillating lesson, The lady, who has been in a relationship with her lesbian partner for two years, admits that most girls who claim to be lesbians are just in it for a bit of fun and adventure.
“Almost all my friends at university were straight but most of them were curious. They wanted to know how it felt like to kiss or make out with a girl. One of them tried it out once and ended up being in a relationship with a girl for a whole year. They even moved in together but it didn’t work out and she went back to dating guys.”
She graduated from Nairobi University with a law degree, and claims that both society and the law tend to be more forgiving of lesbians than gay men.
“The law is not very descriptive of female to female relationships as it is of male to male. There’s no clear description of lesbianism in our Constitution, so we tend to get away with it. Even people on the streets don’t really seem to mind lesbians as much as they do gays,” she says.
Her twin sister and a nutritionist by profession, is also a fully fledged lesbian. Just like her sister, she also discovered her penchant for females while in a girl’s boarding high school.
