(Photo: Courtesy)A pilot has been killed when a light aircraft crashed into a key transmission site in Limuru on today. He was flying the aircraft to the Wilson airport from Naivasha when it went down at about 4.10 pm, crashing on a transmitter before it damaged a house .
He was flying alone. His identity has not been revealed yet.
Radio and Television transmitters based in Rironi were damaged, affecting several stations’ signals for hours.
